The RTVi set of Russian channels on Hotbird (at 13E 11938H 27500 3/4)... RTV International Nashe Kino Detski Mir TeleKlub ...are currently unencrypted (and have been for a few days at least). These are normally Viaccess encrypted subscription channels. I have no idea how long they'll be like this. Anybody know? | ||
