Cartoon Network/TCM has always been available, in Cyfra+, providing you update the keys when they change.

ok but its crypted in nagravision/cryptoworks and mediagard, not viaccess?

Cartoon Network never changed the old encryption standard so if you used to be able to get it you still can on a wide variety of different equipment.

li am just wondering if this channel is fta at the moment, i can only get V2 channels and that one is not V2, so how come i can get it
