My System: Pace 2200 Sky digibox with ftv card, Comag SL65 FTA sat receiver, 40cm Sky minidish, Setpal terrestrial receiver (for free uk tv only!).
(Spanish) TCM free, Astra1, (for a while ...)

Turner Classic Movies free to air (at least, was last night!) with Spanish and English parallel audio. Astra1 19E, 11.778V, 27500 3/4.

Obviously, can only be for a few days before going encrypted, but while it lasts .....

Alas, now encrypted again, as from last night.

(which happened in the middle of Hitchcock's North By Northwest, which I was recording.....damn!).

But, then it went free to air again!

(haven't looked up the schedule, but caught bits of several great films - all with English soundtracks - Ryan's Daughter, Quo Vardis, Fame, etc).

It's a bit strange for a (normally!) pay channel like TCM to be free, so I assume this Spanish version has just launched, and is advertising its presence for a while, before going permanently encrypted (British TCM was free on Sky, for a while!).

(I'm just assuming this, as I only scan for FTA channels, so if this was around before - but encrypted - my sat receiver wouldn't have found it!).
