Arte on 11060 ceased months ago. Your transponder data base is not up to date.

There should be an option to either add a new transponder or to modify an existing tp in the menus somewhere.

Ok, I found that but i just don't know what to add as i don't know what the names of the transponders are or what frequency they should be. Any ideas where i can get an upto date list for hotbird 13.0 and Astra 19.2?

Thanks for your help, just out of interest would you happen to know whether Taquilla 9, 10, and 12 are open? I have changed the transponder to match those on the website above but i am still getting a bad signal. I am able to view all of the other Taquilla channels ? Thanks again
