My System: N/A | Premiership TV for S^y and BBC News Premiership football is returning to the BBC as part of an overhaul of television coverage. Live games will continue to be shown on S^y satellite television, while ITV will lose its highlights package at the end of the forthcoming season. S^y's satellite deal is worth £1.02 billion. The BBC said Match of the Day will be revived with highlights programmes for three years from the 2004/5 season. S^y's satellite deal is worth £1.02 billion, according to Premier League chief executive Richard Scudamore. The BBC paid £105 million for its highlights deal. The live games were split up into four separate packages, each of which were won individually by S^y. Regards SATDUDE. | ||
