Berbere TV on Hot Bird

Berbere TV will start to broadcast from Hot Bird satellite on 5 of November, (frequency 11,034 GHz, pol. V) instead of 3 November as it was initially announced. The channel will be also available from the Atlantic Bird 3 satellite until the end of December. From 1st of January next year, Berbere TV channel will broadcast only from Hot Bird satellite.

Until the end of November, channel will broadcast in clear. Unfortunately, from 1st of December it will be encrypted in Viaccess 2 starting from 21h00. Starting from January 2004, Berbère TV should start 24h/24 broadcast.

OH btw..how much does it cost to set up a channel like this, then to ask via for encryption. I know this is a hard question, but does anyone have a ball park figure. Also would you then have access to via encryption keys, to give you a kind of leg up to help with a hack.

Yes Yes I know I think too much….or I just don’t think.
