Question BBC digital on Echostar 2110

I've been trying for months now to get my Echostar receiver 2110 with 80cm and 0.4 Universal LNB to find all the new BBC digital channels. I live in London NW and when I set my dish to ASTRA2 28.2 East I get good signal quality 70% with other channels appearing well, apart from the BBC ones. I tested my receiver in the shop where I bought it from and the BBC channels were found and showing perfectly under his conditions wich weren't diffrent than mine. I also tried to add the BBC transponder manually but that didn't help either. No one could explain to me why this is happening. Could anyone help please?
Thanks
