I would like to ask someone that have a TM-6900hd to see if this channel is open? I've loaded the last software and softcam. very strange, how can I watch this channels with tm1500 but not on tm-6900hd?

My System: ....

Do you get any signal at all on your TM6900HD for the frequency you are looking for?

I had a similar problem with my TM6900HD where I lost frequencies (just vanished), and had to do a full system reset. Remember to back up your channel listing and re-enter the missing frequency after the reset...

sic internacional AOK on TM5200D which is supposed to have the same tuner as yours.
Try deleting the transponder, turn off the receiver. Turn on, go to installation advanced search, highlight transponder, click on add TP. Put in frequency, SR and polarity and scan the transponder.

hi mates, I've followed yours advices and without success. deleting tp, add tp, turn on/of, factory reset still no signal. but with Tm-1500super works fine with 82% of signal strength.

thanks!

I've got my TM1500CI+ out and checked, no problems at all with sic internacional. Just cannot fathom out why you should be having problems with it, got me stumpedIt's a fairly high frequency, are you having any problems with other transponders at the top end of the frequency band?

hi m8
i had once a similar problem
the answer was in the dish set up .
check you have got correct setting for lnb type.

9750/10600.
there is another similar but incorrect setting.

you dont say what message your box gives.

if it says "no audio/video"but the prog information shows, then you are not patched to recieve it.
if it says no signal.
then you have a set up problem,in the dish/lnb/tuning area.
