making hex file

where can i learn how to put this kind of info to a hex file?

Ident : Cine + Digital :001577 : 0A3A03 : 19 Date : 2328
MK01 : 013E0F399B000C23
Clef 0C : 1306032393000B23

Hello!
You may used editor to put this kind of info to a hex file
that give you {Cine + Digital }in window for providers or
same good info if you load same eehex-file in it for edit.
It may be same VIAEDIT.exe for example

Barney, the pic hex is 16f84 and the eeprom hex is 24c16. What is the program you need ? if its to program the card then it came with the programmer.
