Question Is TF1 and TF6 on TPS?

Just been browsing, TF1 and TF6 on 10911v 27500 opening with 6 in 1 file. Is this part of TPS package? If it is, how is it opening?

Not much use to me though, I dont speak French!

They are opening on 0078 which is still in via1.

These channels also have the 007c TPScrypt2 ID but the 6in1 can't clear this ID.

There are a few more which open on 0078 - I believe these are in the ABsat package.
