My System: HUMAX PVR 8100 CI 80CM FIXED SINGLE LNB DISH MATRIX RELOADED CAM VIACESS RED CAM

hi,
i tried upgrading it by tuning the set top box in the above frequency and then inserting the cam.the message popped as initialising CI module.nothing else happened.what to do?
and also does the red cam read both viaccess 1 and 2 cards?
