a bit of praise

Hi guys..
just thought I'd post and give a bit of praise to a manufacturer...I posted last week about my Superjack motor being knackered..I got a reply on the post giving me the manufacturers web site..from this I contacted the sales dept who have since informed me they will replace the PC board inside the motor and also pay the posatge too..I know a lot of people slagged off the Superjack but I'm impressed with this service....unusual in todays climate for a manufacturer to care..just thought I'd pass it on

Nice one, so often the manufacturer will simply refer you to the reseller again.
