Echostar blowing fuses

I have a DSB-1100 that is blowing its on board fuse. Looking at the circuit, it would seem that the Fairchild KA1H0565R chip could be a likely suspect. This is a combined MOSFET and PWM controller IC. Anyone know of a stockist?

Thanks

Peter
