These are those items specifically found on my receiver. Any variation in component naming, numbering or values found on other versions within the same receiver (or indeed in the Viaccess version), please submit to this thread.

Obtainable from the usual component suppliers, e.g Farnell, RS etc. Only downside is most supply in multiple packs of one value.

As with the resistors, most if not all of these capacitors should be available from the major component suppliers. Normally a search on the supplier's website using just the component's value and where applicable the stated voltage will yield a list from which to choose a suitable replacement.

TRANSISTORS

Q1 IRFZ24 Power Mosfet. Possible source, Cricklewood. They suggest using IRFZ44, as the IRFZ24 may be a discontinued device.
Q2 2SC945 Transistor.
Q3,4 2SC3205 Transistor.
Q5 AN378A = 2SA7273.
Q6 Don't see this on the board.
Q7 2SC945

All available from Cricklewood Electronics, may be obtainable from other companies though.

IC's

IC1 1HO565 Fairchild Power Switch. May be discontinued, Fairchild have the KA1N0565 that may have replaced it. Looking for source.
IC2, IC6, IC8 L9941 Optocoupler. Can't find a device with this number. Possible replacement, the 817C from Farnell.
IC3,4,7 KA431 Programmable Shunt Regulator. Farnell (KA431Z)
IC5 IMO880 Fairchild Power Switch. This may have been replaced by the 7MO880. Looking for source ( Rating 800V 8A)

TR1 Triac BT137 Farnell.

A list of diodes used in the AD3000ip SMPS -


BD Bridge Rectifier 606G 6A 800V. Equivalent rated device GBU606. Farnell.

D1, D4, D11, D12 SUF4007 Ultra fast rectifier. Not sure of the 'S' prefix here. UF4007 from Farnell is an ultra fast rectifier.
D2 ZD13 Zener diode. Equivalent BZX85-C13.
D3 ZD30 Zener diode Equivalent BZX85-C30.
D5 1N4937 fast recovery diode.
D6 SB860F Schottky diode. 8A 60V. Possible equivalent 8TQ060PBF.
D7, D9, D10 9461 BYW95A fast recovery diode
D8 9421 BYV95B fast recovery diode
D13 U16C20 ultra fast power rectifier. Needs to be 8A 200V - search Farnell for similar rating with same case outline.
D14, D15 1N4148. The ubiquitous 'high speed' diode. Obtainable anywhere.
D16, D17 P6KE8A transient voltage suppressor. Farnell do a higher rated device, can't locate this particular specimen.
D18, D19, D20, D21 1N4004. Again, obtainable anywhere.
TD Diac for the triac.

Most of these (or quoted equivalents) were found on Farnell's website; if anybody can locate the exact number-for-number devices where equivalents are suggested, please post your results.

Transformers, chokes, relays etc. -

T1, T2 Flyback transformers. No doubt designed specifically for this SMPS. If these go S/C or O/C, the SMPS will need the attention of a repairer e.g Eurosat.

LF1, LF2 Mains filters. As above.

RL1, RL2 relays. Hankuk HR702NH DC 5v 120VAC 12A/ 240AC 10A

Thermistor RTH

Ferrites LB1, LB2

Inductances

L1, L6 Marked 12. No idea, 15 turns of thick guaged wire on former.
L3, L4, L5 22uH
