Providing the file contains the correct CAID, for the provider, you can use any of them but I suggest using a later one.
Remember the card need to go into the cam with the chip facing upwards, the opposite way to most receiver card slots.

I haven't got that card so I don't know, if you download Fausto, and click on Tools and CAID Edit, you will see a list of CAID's, including 11 for Cryptoworks providers, one of those should be correct.
The latest Underworld file is 180, try that.
If that fails you can copy a CAID file to your computer, using the Cas interface software.
Insert your Cam in the Cas programmer, start up the CIS 8.6c software and the Diablo Cam software.
Click on the Cam File System tab and connect, in the right hand pane you will see a list of all the files on your cam, go into the folders and find the CAID file, then copy this to your computer and edit it using Fausto, once completed you simply copy it back onto your Diablo Cam.

There is a Cryptoworks ITV listing of 0D06, I don't know if this is the correct CAID but worth a try.
