You can only load a new Predator/Predasaur file, onto a Dragon/T-Rex cam, using a loader card, Fun 7 (Prussian 5) or PIC F84a, and suitable card programmer, or you can use a Cas 3 programmer and dummy loader card.
There is no way to update it using a PMCIA slot or any other method.

Keys and files are not allowed on the forum.
If you put predasaur230, no spaces, into a search engine you will quickly find it.

There is nothing available using the secure update, and hasn't been for some time.
This update will open anything new, as stated in the first post it was merely a fix to work with a certain subscription card:
"Fix Swiss Viaccess card, dutch C+ card"

Any new files doesn't contain updated keys, for that you need to either load a modified Predasaur 230 file, manually update the keys, using the debug option, or update the keys, in the Predasaur file, prior to uploading, using software like PredEdit.

To update keys, in the Dragon/T-Rex Cam you need to convert the Hex keys into Decimal keys.
Hex keys are a combination of numbers 0-9 and letters A-E.
Decimal keys are just numbers 0-9.
The easiest way to do this is to use a Hex-Dec key coverter:
MR Hex to Dec Key converter

An example how to update keys, in the Dragon/T-Rex cam.
In this case I will use Digi TV.
Enter the cams menu using your receiver menu options, then enter the following sub menus:
Predasaur 230
Debug
OhlAladin
Digi TV
Key 00-0 enter the first 8 sets of decimal keys, 8 sets of 3 numbers.
Once complete enter key 00-1 and enter the second 8 sets of Decimal keys.
Once complete exit the menu.
If the new key is Key 01 enter the keys in 01-0 and 01-1.

Just checked it and I can open it using both Winzip and Winrar, what utility are you using?
Try 7-zip it's a free utility.
