Card\cam with usb interface ?

Hi, is there a cam/card I can buy a usb interface so that I can download keys and let my pc decode or does it have to be done by a programmed card ?
Ideally I would like to use my existing receiver which has viaccess and conex embedded cams and plug in a card which has a wired connection to my laptop. I would then run some software and let the pc do the decoding. Is this possible ?
