1 LAN + 1 no-LAN, how to share?

I have 1 LAN-satbox and a second which has no LAN-connection. I want to share the LAN signal to the second receiver, which has a cam for multiple encriptions. Is it possible to connect the LAN signal to the other receiver by wire without having a LAN input? I can handle a (small) soldering device and read an electronic circuit diagram, but I am not so familiar with satboxes electronics.

Anyone who has more knowledge about this subject?

If the second receiver has no ethernet capability, it is unlikely that you will be able to connect it to the one which has.
