GBSAT 2CI, 80cm Comag eliptical dish, Moteck SG2100A MOTOR

Hi,
Why is it i am not able to scan in 11554V 30000 7/8 to recieve free channels?
I have scanned in most of the other free ones, but not these.
I have an 80 cm eliptical dish Reciever is GBSat2CI.
Also get a good signal strength on 8 dg West but no signal quality.
Is my dish too small or is there a strong transponder frequency to 'lock on'?
Any ideas please?

Wales. UK.
11513 should be quite strong 85 + % but 11554 is low on my 1.1 dish 33% but that may be due to the storm we have just had and a tweak may help.

I have looked at 8 deg West but still no signal quality, strength is 80-85% is there any transponder to get a good lock for this, or am i wasting my time.

It might be the sr@30000 my fortec wont scan 30000 so yours could be the same
