It seems we should be able to receive some interesting ku band stuff according to coverage maps
But Kingofsat only mentons C band for 17°East
anyone knows more?
11884 V 11761V & 11801 V on the west central beam should come to us...does it?

The official power getting into southern France on any of the beams is pretty feeble - 36dBW at best. That would suggest at least 2.4m dish is required, and much bigger for some of the beams.

I am getting a little sniff at 17E from my location on a 1.2 dish, i see you have a 1.3 you should stand a better chance than me in your location.

According to my experience.
in France , 1.80m is the minimum size for 11801, 11884 V , 12208H, 12216 V and 11041 V.

Hi Chris, you have to be careful here and not get confused with 19.2, most TP are the same,

From memory there is another thread somewhere and I posted the transponders there, I think I had a sniff at two but I had to chase them, I am sure my report is in the fringe threads pal if you want to take a look there, I am busy in the garden atm and just popped in for my tea. if you don't find it I will take a look later :)
