2.4mt Dish for €60

Seen this dish 2.4 dish going for €60 wanted to get it but her indoors said if it comes I go. What can i do, cant leave my dish and dreambox. But what a bargain. Already have a CM 1.2 in the shed for a rainy day. Might sneak it in.

LOL, Poor you, I'm a female and I don't understand these wives who put their foot down with a heavy hand . That's a bargain. I passed this house today and on the garage wall were at least 6 dishes, one looked like a 2.4mt. I'm tempted to call and ask him what he needs them all for. I wish I had the room at my house, instead of putting up with an 80cm dish. Just buy the dish and bring it out when she isn't there and say you've had it for ages, after all I'm sure she has a few outfits in her wardrobe you know nothing about. LOL ({})

a few of my male friends are like that, scared to buy gadgets without asking "she who must be obeyed" though knowing their other halves, they dont think twice of spending the same amount on a pair of boots or whatever without checking with the guys.

lately i've been telling them "blame me if they whinge" afte rall, when my friends come and moan at me "what you tellin him he could buy that for?" i point out "i knwo how much that dress you bought before christmas REALLY cost" >

has the plus side of me rarely buying the first round in teh pub

Just use the method that wildlife photograpgers use. Each day they might move the nest of a bird they want to take a picture of, until the day that they have moved it where the light is ok. What you need is to enlarge your existing dish a cm each day using papermash, glue and some paint (you been to kindergarden, you should remember how to). Then make sure she looks up the roof once in a while. After she got used to the size you go and secretly replace the existing one.

Thats It ....Going for it. If you dont hear back from me on the forum you`ll know she killed me!. So my toombstone will be a 2.4 mt dish. Cant think what she will put on it though. Any ideas???????????

Funny you should say that Wilf, LOL, I used to be an amateur poet, I had 2 poems published about 10 years ago, haven't done anything since, (Is it any wonder I hear you say). I'm now turning my interests to satellites.
