2 Matrix Rev.But which one... ?

Hi everyone,
i am about to buy a second hand matrix revolutions cam from ebay.But browsing the net, i noticed there are 2 differently labeled MREV. can enyone please let me know what is really the difference ,if there is any and, which one should i go for ?

My Satellite Setup
Eurostar digital receiver + matrix reloaded, joker cams, astra 1, astra 2, hotbird and hispasat dish.
Computer 1ghz windows xp, vx tools, usb infinity and cas, titanium and knotcard.
My Location
35 deg N.
These are virtually the same but the rev has more memory and more advanced but you can change normal one to rev with cas! They can both be programmed with or without card.:p
