With a big dish, about 1,80m or lager you should get the 1D-H beam.
You can forget about the Germany-beam...way too far outside the footprint.

Astra 3A has a very narrow focus. I dare to believe that even with a 3m the chances to get some signal is almost zero. But you never know for sure. Best example is Astra 2D and both satellites are similar. Let's hope that Astra 3B will have the real european coverage as SES Astra promises.
