Are Astra 28.2E and Eurobird 28.5E close enough to be considered the same orbit - i.e. can just one fixed dish/lnb pick up both sats happily? I saw in another thread that minimum dish sizes were same:

Eurobird 28.5 E Nth 60cm, Sth 45cm
Astra 28.2 E Nth 60cm, Sth 45cm

Thus signal strength shouldn't be an issue...

Yes, they are effectivelt co-located, so one dish only required. There are some channels on 28.5 East though, which are on an Eastern European beam and a 1m dish is required.

just plugged my first ever box in tonight, into my sky dish, and got astra and eurobird no probs.
