Yes, a real landmark, thanks to all who have contributed to make this one of the most friendly and informative forums around.

Its an even bigger achievement given that the forum can be fully viewed without registration, so those who register are doing it because they want to.

I've worked in the IT field for many years and became a satellite TV enthusiast when BSB first came on the scene. I've been all over the internet and in many chat rooms and message board services. I was lucky to find this site which is one of the best with it's mix of members and associated skill levels. I have added loads to my knowledge already so I also thank you and everyone for some great info and enjoyment.

I do not recall finding this site originally in a search engine. i just typed in satellites.co.uk in my browser and up it came :)
just goes to show thatgood domain names are still just as good as having good search engine hits.

I was also using yahoo to find satellite forums and i to came across Satellites.co.uk. and the rest is history- simple one of the most user helpful that any one can use for problems with satellite equipment etc.
