CNN Lviv Path 1 and 2 and CNN Kyiv Path 1 on 12616 H and 12627 H giving their views obviously for an American audience. Jurnal TV HD on 12734 H is running live mobile phone footage from the front lines. Donbass on 12245 V clearly under Russian control giving the Russian side of things.
