That explains why the signals are very high then a few hours later some of the channels vanish.

Seems aghani and mtv have moved already to 21.6°E (see flysat)...
Using 8PSK 5/6 there, so 9.4 dB threshold, probably will reach that level later this evening.

Outernet has also disappeared from 47.5°E.

What is still left: OTV on 11643 V 1480, and an encypted feed on 11640 V 1900.

Yep, channels mentioned have indeed left. Only getting OTV and a continuous data signal @ 11636 H 32727. The encrypted feed is for OTV. I suppose it's only a matter of time until OTV jumps ship too...

Can anyone confirm if OTV Lebanon is still here? I'm getting nothing at 11642 V 1480 3/4.

There's an encrypted OTV feed active at 11639 V 1900 7/8 with a healthy 11 dB.

OK, I see Flysat is reporting OTV Lebanon has started on 21.5E, so I suspect its left this orbital position. That marks the end of all the regular broadcasts from this satellite.

11545 V, not new.

About the constellations: with continuous stream (single or not) you can see one or more 'hot point' : this is one or more Pilot that are not modulated.
I know one regular mux with this sort of constellation in C-band @ 10°E 3706 R 6250:

Flysat have a feed for BNT World on 12601 30000 3/4 for 47.5E so yup looks like thats correct - the FEC could easily have changed since the report.
