Sorry Hamid19, nothing here anymore. It was easily watchable at first but they maybe done little fine tuning for beam?? or something else but after may, no signal anymore. Nothing changed here at my qth same time. But anyway although it would be 6-7dB here, it easily mean that you should put quite large dish. And now when I cannot get any signal anymore, you must use more than 2m dish (maybe a lot bigger?).
So, as Analoguesat said, internet streams are probably best way to watch Afghan channels...

ok!
2m dish to get here looks difficult and I tought I could get those channels beacuse there is big difference between watching on Internet and on dish satalite quality but if possible still I want to get this beam/Ku band fix beam, I have 120 size dish now at home and what is this as satbeams shows In city
Azimuth & elevation in Boras, Sweden: 140.3° & 17.7°? What does this mean?

Theres also a big difference between watching on the internet and not watching at all........

140.3 is the direction to aim it, 17.7 is the elevation above ground level.

I rather doubt you have any chance though on a 1.2m dish

On 53° East (Express AM22), the following Afghans can be received easily:
1 TV, Batur TV, Mitra, Rah e Farda and Tamadon.
On 13° East (Hot Bird), there is also:
RTA, Ariana TV, Payam-e-Afghani
Then there is only few extra left on 48° East.

The satbeams azimuth and elevation values, is only about where to point the antenna.
That says nothing about the signal over there. Forget 48° East.

I was getting bored so set a scan of on 48East.
It came up with a weak transponder.I do not know where it is from.
Looked at all the near sats. At the usual places but cannot find it.
It is still banging it down here.:(
