AIUI, 4Seven HD was created for and exclusive to DTT both to help to fill up the temporary HD muxes and to drive take up of HD boxes.
This exclusivity must now be at an end because 4Seven HD is broadcasting video & audio off the VM EPG, presumably to launch soon
