    Oss, NL (5.53 E 51.77 N)
    It's a spurious (unintended) reception by 51.5°E, of the uplink intended for 52.0°E, 10720 H.
    Note the 500 MHz difference.

    So although on European beam, it's hard lo lock because it includes noise received by the transponder. I can't lock it, others with bigger dishes can.

    I agree with hvdh. TP is exactly the same as 10720H from 52E.
    Signal is weak .

    I have about 7db on 11246H (which is quite low considering I am inside the beam), and no signal on 11220H.
