I discovered that the arrow on the motor-tube isn't aligned with the 0 on the motor when it's at "go to zero for diseqc".

Is it possible to move the tube a bit by loosening the bolt that goes through
it to fix this problem?!?

If the motor is in use and works correctly on several satellites, then you must not adjust the tube. If you do It will no longer follow the Clark belt in its ark. Mine was not truly in line with the markings, I simlpy applied my own using a permanent marker.

How big is the difference?

Almost certainly not. You should set the motor tube to 0° manually (using pushbutton on the motor) and then reset the motor as described in the manual (I have not tried this but it is written in the manual). (But you will lose all saved satellite positions if you don't use USALS.)

Thanks! Didn't think of that,it's all in the manual and I will try it next weekend.
