Hi Everybody,

I was having some diificulty with my red viaccess cam ,which needed updating. After quite a lot of research and phone calls my local tv and satellite shop kindly gave me a tel number in manchester. The firm is called super vision digital.I sent off the cam after talking to the person in charge. As soon as he received it he updated it to the latest version ,immediately called me and send it off by special delivery and i got it the next morning. The whole thing cost me 17 pounds incl delivery and vat.The cam is reading the card perfectly well. When I spoke to him i had the impression that he was very knowledgeble and helpful. He also does other cams like MR loaded.

I think many of you in the forum have difficulties with Cams.I am sure these chaps will be of immense help

this is their address

I had a red cam, and did a search on the net and found helpful advice from TSMC who suggested the following:

Tune to the channel La Cadena del Milagro (often shown as C Milagro) on Hot
Bird
Remove all other CAM's and all cards
Using the remote control set the receiver onto standby
Wait thirty seconds and using the remote switch it on.
It should automatically download the upgrade software over about 40 minutes
during which time you won't be able to use the receiver for anything else.

I did this with no problem, and it should save you £17!!

Regards

Cadena Milagro appears to have gone from this satellite, but try one of two frequencies

12092 H 27500 3/4 and 11785 H 27500 3/4

One of them should have the appropriate data in the transmission
