A little less analogue, and a lot more crap.

The image suggests a 40mm clamp on black plastic, not a 2x mm clamp that is corroded alloy.

I´ve never seen a Prodelin dish, but the black bit at the end of the arms looks similar to the one on my sister´s dish in France which is a Channel Master I think. Cannot be sure as it is not too clear in the photo.

It is clearly rusty metal clamp, not black plastic LNB-holder rustyClamp.jpg

Show us the back of the dish and all will be revealed.
But in the meantime, I agree with RimaNTSS that it's most likely a Prodelin 1.2m, possibly labelled Echostar.
The LNB holder is not very far from the original Echostar I have - and have same arms.
It's definitely not a channel master - they all have bolts in the dish face.

So based on the common types of plastic dishes of that age, and with no bolts in the dish face, Prodelin is what fits most, I think.
Which means it's a 1.2m (it'll be 135 cm tall, but the effective reflector width is 120cm).

All the Echostar branded Prodelins I have seen has a polar mount - the Prodelins usually only had an Az/El. Again, a picture from the back would tell which one it is.

Ah, now it looks like really corroded metal, and the feed cap has black electrical tape around it.

From memory the Prodelin feed clamp was unique in diameter to fit their own feed and required modification (putting in a vice) to get a standard LNBF to fit on it, so it might be another dish design. Still need the rear image to identify the reflector.

Having zoomed in on the close up you can see it is a metal clamp and not like the one on my sister´s dish in France, which is plastic.
Sorry for having a guess, best left to you experts
