Orbit network is showing lots of English good stuff on Arabsat 26 degrees. It's encrypted using Seca.

I have the programmer, the secanix editor, the latest Seca file by strsh, and the Aston 1.5. I'm already viewing C+ and other Seca encrypted channels.

I understand all I have to do is add it's provider ID and some hex keys..

Does anyone have this information?

*Still no keys for Orbit.

*ORBIT has started on Arabsat in Seca. But all channels are already encrypted. It seems that they are using provider ID 0002 and unknown key 0C. The frequency is: 11.958 H and 11.996 H (SR27500, FEC 3/4, soon also 12.072 H). I can get these channels on a 85 cm dish (Central Europe). Hope we get keys soon...

Seems we have to wait a little longer.

IM in scotland and i have had absolutely no signal from these transponders. I have a 90cm dish which i thought would have been sufficient. Am i outside the beam of the satellite? or is the signal too weak at my location perhaps?

Check Lyngsat for Arabsat3A at 26e. Info updated yesterday.
The transponders really are there, carrying Orbit subscriber channels (or promotions).

According to the footprint http://www.arabsat.com/satgen/3kuband.html the signal is at least 44 dbW all over the UK, so you should get it with a half-way decent dish.

There are no keys/hexes available yet but it'll come...

no.
First, I don 't send files to people personally, unless I know them well.
Second, there are no Orbit keys/files available yet (as in fact you would have seen if you read this thread...)
When they become available, I will post links.
