Currently on Season 6 on CITV each day, and I've been watching it with the daughter when at home. Whilst it has no adult themes, no swearing or - the same level of violence - as some of the programmes pitched at 5pm, it definitely has a storyline or two that set it firmly apart from the usual fare at this time of evening, thoroughly abstract but compelling at the same time.
