Advice needed on what to buy

Hi,

I am looking to rip out my existing sky system and replace it with something that can do the following :-

a) Receive FTA channels as per Sky
Receive HD FTA channels off Sky and Hotbird
c) Receive adult channels on Hotbird with a card
d) Utilize the existing cable entering the house from the dish
e) Allow recording onto a hard disk
f) Allow me to still pipe the progs upstairs as I do currently with a coax cable and a magic eye.

Hope the above makes some sense - I am aware I need a new dish and receiver but I would like some pointers on what works the best
