I have now just got the progdvb screen up, have not gone any further

hold your control key down while pressing Prt Sc on your key bourd, then open paint program in edit click paste save it and send

then scroll down to skystar2
click on it
press start

look at the top right of your key board (usually 3 together Prt Sc, scroll lock and pause

when I do Ctrl [ hold ] and then print screen it does not register anything [ am I driving up the swanney ]

sorry was just trying to get myself sorted with MWsnap sorted but too much on my brain right now My dish is on Astra2 euro at the moment

at top of tool bar list click settings and you should get piccy below,
then click on sky star 2,
then click on add lnb
and you should get other piccy,
scroll down until u locate astra (same as piccy) click ok ,
then ok again on first piccy,
post back when done

When you say click on toolbar do you mean the one at the top of the dvb screen, and settings it is doing nothing except listings underneath, by the way if you click on DISECqc where it would normally show a green dot, it says Not Connected !!!

1: yes right at the top (click settings, then disquec)
then click on skystar 2, then on lnb

2: "not connected" because you haven't added lnb yet

I clicked on skystar 2 and it changes on RH side to Property, Delete, OK, and Cancel everything else is blanked out ???
