You would need to contact your stb supplier/manufacturer for this as it could be anything. From your second post it seems you may have been involved in a card sharing scheme.
As regards the question re Orbit receiver define what you mean by normal satellite do you mean FTA satellite reception as in no encryption and lastly tell us what satellite your dish is pointing to.
