Hi Guys & Gals

I am quite new to this arena so please be gentle with me;)

I have been looking on the Alsat forum but for the life of me I cannot seem to find where the "patches" are posted (I have a Technomate 7755).

I can see 4 subjects about DigitalB dealers etc and 7 subjects which seem to be related to Windows PC problems, Linux etc.

Perhaps I'm being thick but are the patches hidden in amongst these fora?

Cheers

Hi M8
Just tried the link but to no avail! (page error!)

Go to Alsat putting alsat in the two password sections. After signing in (you have to be a member, it's free) go to the Technomate section and there you need to go to the loader & software sections for 7000 series.
Click on latest patch and then select the TM7755 patch dated 06-01-06.

And don't say it's not there because I have just seen it.:)

Hi
I have tried twice to register with Alsat with different names and email addresses. Last night and again just now. I do not get a response to enable me to verify registration - so frustrating!
I am pulling out what little hair I have!
I will keep trying!
Cheers all those who responded.

Have you looked in the 'junk email' folder or set your programme not to just delete junk straight away, as this could be causing the problem. A lot of confirmations seem to end up there for one reason or another.

Hi Everyone

I finally got my log on details today for Alsat.

So here's where the confusion really begins!

Thank you all for your help and advice, it's nice to know there are a friendly bunch of people willing to offer free advice.

Out of interest I called a company out of the yellow pages to see if they could help me align my dish. They wanted £115 per hour! At least Dick Turpin had the decency to wear a mask!
:-rofl2

Best wishes to you all
