easyJet (or Servisair) lost my bag for a few days earlier this summer.
Their terms and conditions say that when this happens a certain daily amount can be spent on essential items, which I spent (and needed to), and to claim receipts should be sent to one of their addresses.
I’ve just written them a polite few paragraphs along with the receipts, is that really all there is to it? Are they just going to send me a cheque now? Or in practice do they draw things out as much as possible?
