New laws are due to be outlined tomorrow (06/03/07) to protect UK World Heritage sites from unsightly buildings and nasty satellite dishes.
The mention of 'buffer zones' is interesting. I wonder how far these will go out to? Presumably if visitors can spot a dish from the top of a monument/tower in one of these zones they can report it to the DoE
