Is there currently any channels, packages or services to hack on 19.2e, or are they all un-compromised at the moment?

I'm interested in getting nearly anything, just as a test.

And how about what packages and channels are on 13e? I know TPS is, are there any others?

On 13E the Swiss SRG was fairly easy to open a couple of months ago.

You can also view UPC with a VR3/Joker card in a Cryptoworks CAM, but the cards aren't cheap.
