Arcon Sweety 43CM Dish

Hi All,

Does anyone know how strong this small little dish is, and what equivlent to size does it perform as? I currently got a 60cm dish when raining, its giving bad reception to hotbird!
Also i know it is a stupid question, but can the Arcon Sweety 43CM Dish, receive a signal through glass window. I am thinking of getting this dish because it saves me the hassle of gettting a big dish and installing it, So just wondering can it just be freestanding like a TV Aerial.
If not how would the easier way of getting it installed

Hello Heiman,

I haven't tried one of these, mainly because of the price, but I believe that they can out perform many 60cm dishes. If you have an almost straight line of sight to the satellite, it should be possible to use the dish from inside, but there will be a degree of attenuation, how much I don't know. If you can, put it outside.
