A friend of mine (no really!) uses Sirius and a receiver running emulation software, and edits keys using his remote controller. He finds key files for some channels on Hotbird, Astra etc., but never sees any for Sirius. Are there any?

Nonono my dear friend. My kids watch the Simpsons in English every day on TV3+ on Sirius as well some other channels....I think they use viaccess. So the keys for those channels are available from the normal key sites. For Dreambox newcamd for instance does it.

Jepp, the danish channels are open....until now.

These are: DR 1/DR 2/TV 3 +/TV 3 Danmark.
Correct me if I am wrong, but I think it is Provider VIASAT NORDIC!!!
Can`t remember the ID though.

Another one(or two) which are open is VIASAT 3(don`t know the language, could be hungarian????) and SVT EUROPA.

ALL these channels work perfectly on FORTEC(so I think as well on other receivers).

I read in a german forum(www.spinnes-board.de/vb) that with an OPOS-card,
you are also able to open NTV,ORT intern. and the 1st Baltic channels(3 different).

But I cannot confirm that statement, don`t have an OPOS.

Oh,yeah,there is ONE more,EUROSPORT.
That one is also working, but only EUROSPORT 1,not EUROSPORT 2 anymore(since couple of days,in Fortec at least).

Hope that helps......

Well.....
I like the Danish TV....
They got a lot of programmes in ENGLISH/ORIGINAL....same as the dutch have,
just subtitles.
I enjoy EMERGENCY ROOM on TV 3(Thursdays 21 h cet),the latest season, which hasn`t started until now on German TV.
And it`s WAY better in the original version...

Also, they do have a lot of sports.....CHAMPIONS LEAGUE for example...

So,it`s worth having `em!!!

UPDATE

Just saw some keys for NTV Mir on SIRIUS....ID is 019410...
Via 2.4 key,I should add...seen on www.rdi-sat.com

Haven`t tried that key yet,but several boards report it working!!!

So,here we go,ONE more to watch.....
