ART card dealers, non rip off??

These ART cards, theres a place in Holland selling them for 85 Euros, but he's on holiday for another couple of weeks, some places in the UK want £180 for the same thing.

Does anybody know of a site selling them for around 100 Euro mark? Must be somewhere else in holland surely?
