Good morning!! Does anybody know if there is a problem with the signal of ASTRA 13 degrees? For the last two days my reception is poor and occassionally get a glimpse of bbc prime. I have tried moving the satellite dish, but no satisfaction!!

Can anybody help?

Openbox F3 85cm dish H to H motor, Dell Vostro Laptop
My Location
North West UK
No Astra @ 13 degrees, presume you mean Hotbird. No problem with reception here, check dish has not moved or possible obstructions.

If not,you have possible receiver problem or LNB.
