Astra 19.2E question ?

I was reading one of the recent threads, and saw that someone with an 80mm dish was picking up 19.2E. Recently I ask my installer "with my 90mm or 1m dish" why I could not pick up 19.2E, 13E and 28.2 come in fine. He told me that I needed a 1.2m dish to pick up 19.2, Is that correct ?

1.2m sounds realistic but be aware that you won't get all the 19.2E frequencies 24/7
