Astra 2F: Pre-Operational Discussion

Weird - nothing at all on my Sky Digibox either. Could Barcelona be in some sort of black spot? (I could never get anything at all on 11023).
Why would this be???

For info:
The dish measures 80cm horizontal and 85 vertical. It is on an illusion motor, and uses an inverto ultra back LNB.
All channels fine on a sky box also, and a technomate, and manhattan plaza.
True it may be on the edge of reception, and with a lot of cloud / rain it may drop out, but all signals are stable and constant.

(In the old 2d days, it could also occasionally get 2d verticals from about 6am to 12noon!)
