So now we have some test reports for Astra 2F is it now possible to make predictions of the likely UK beam footprint and fringe reception in mainland Europe?

I shouldn't have thought anything meaningful can be assumed from the current Testing, as we don't really know the attitude and orientation of the bird so can't simply map across the reports so far - also the sample of results is not substantial and we don't know if and how the transmitted power during testing relates to the intended output power when in Service.

Exactly. When 2C (I think it was) was sent to 30.5E orientation changed by 90º make what were north/south beams into east/west beams.

Also you can't second guess which beam is being received based on downlink power. The only way for us to know the properties of a beam is to wait for a signal (best a broadcast signal) that is steady and receivable by everyone and then map its power levels right across Europe
