I am looking for PIC+EEPROM hex file with autoupdate property ?

Viaccess files with auto-upfdate functionality are available at Strsh download site & Phill's Sat Files (amongst others). But they don't contain the master keys (you need to supply them yourself).

Watch out for files with names/content like Viaxenix, Zeebra, Z10,...

In which site we can find the master keys? I have many sites with keys in my favorites but none of them write anything about master keys...

you can't find masterkeys at any site, at least not any that are publically known. You need to hav personal contacts, join a key-club, etc. Pubic dissemination of such keys only leads to the keys being killed by the providers.
